Franklin Castle (also known as the Tiedemann House) is a Victorian stone house, built in the American Queen Anne style.
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
It is purported to be the most haunted house in Ohio. Phenomena include the apparition of a woman in black, shadows and a child; the sounds of footsteps, voices and smashing glass; the movement of objects and furnishings.
Anomalies have apparently been caught on film.
