The Bigelow-Ben Lomond Hotel was opened in 1927, and was known from 1933-2017 as the Ben Lomond Hotel. Noted for its Italian Renaissance Revival architecture and as the setting of historical events, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It is al significance. The Wlodarski's refer to it as the Historic Radisson Suite Hotel. However, it is now believed to have been converted into Apartments.
The hotel is reputedly haunted and phenomena include: the apparition of a woman in the elevators and walking up the grand staircase, who vanishes leaving behind the smell of lilac perfume; this scent of lilacs is reported elsewhere, although none are kept on the property; the feeling of someone brushing past you or being pushed.
