St. Nicholas Croatian Church is a Roman Catholic church that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is noted for its murals by Maxo Vanka.
Hans Holzer details the haunting of this building, and states that much of the phenomena centre around the "eternal light" near the altar.
A number of witnesses have reported seeing an apparition of a priest in the area of the altar. Others have reported a chilling sensation in that area.
Holzer deduces that it could be the ghost of one Father Ranzinger that haunts the building. He was responsible for the construction of the timber church that occupied the very ground that the current church was constructed on.
