The Hayloft Restaurant is now in a 1970's era building that stands on the site of a previous structure. It was on the site that the haunting is said to originate.

The restaurant is supposedly haunted by a farmer named either Homer or Jacob. It is claimed that he perished in a barn fire.

Reported phenomena include the movement or disappearance of objects, and the apparition of a man wearing bib overalls sighted both indoors and outside the property.
