The Warren House was built in 1840 as a family home, but was commandered by Confederacy and later Union soldiers during the Civil War for use as a hospital.
It is reputedly haunted by the ghost of a soldier holding a candle, looking from one of the windows.
The sounds of men in agony and a military drum have reportedly been heard, doors open and close on their own.
Photographic anomalies have allegedly been pictured and disembodied voices recorded.
